Any order placed on the site is regulated by these general conditions of sale which govern the contractual relations between In Cauda Venenum and its Client, both parties accepting them without reservation.

  • Article 2 - Products

 

Products offered for sale by In Cauda Venenum are those which appear on the Internet site, on the day of the consultation of the site by the Customer within the limit of available stocks. If one of the products was unavailable, the Customer will be informed immediately.

The description of the materials, colors and size of the items is available in each product sheet on the site. The Customer thus has the possibility of knowing, before the final validation of his order, all the essential and main characteristics of the product he wishes to buy.

The characteristics of the products may change and no modification may give rise to a complaint of any kind. If an evolution should occur, radically modifying the product and its use, the Customer will then be notified when ordering.

In Cauda Venenum will make every effort to ensure that the order is shipped within a maximum of ten (10) working days from the day following that of the validation by the Customer of his order. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. 

In Cauda Venenum sent by Letter Followed without insurance or Colissimo from La Poste. This period is indicative and may need to be changed if the product could not be manufactured within the usual deadlines due to lack of stock of a material or defect of an element constituting the product.

  • Article 6 - Right of withdrawal and refund

 

The Customer has a period of thirty (30) working days to return the products that he does not like. This period runs from the day of delivery of the Customer's order. For any order return, the Customer must contact In Cauda Venenum by e-mail to the address support@incaudavenenum.fr specifying the order number.

Only products returned as a whole will be taken back, in their complete and intact original packaging, new and in perfect condition for resale. If a product is returned damaged, incomplete, dirty, obviously worn, without its packaging pouch or box, or with its pouch or box damaged, it will not be refunded.
