Delivery / returns
Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Europe (Switzerland, UK and Russia included). It is free from 100 € of purchase in the rest of the world.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees. For our customers residing outside the European Union, you may have to pay taxes, depending on the amount of your order. These costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by In Cauda Venenum.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, so it takes between 1 and 10 working days before your order is ready to go. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During promotions, sales and holidays, these deadlines may be extended by a few days due to the volume of orders received. We do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
The indicative delivery time provided by La Poste is 48 to 72 hours by Letter Followed and 48 hours by Colissimo for mainland France, and 5 to 7 days for other countries.
Once your order has been shipped, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you with a link to follow the delivery of your package. You can track your order on the website of the post office track and trace website with the tracking number you received.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you have the option of returning your items to us for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must in the same condition that you received it, new and unworn. It must be returned in its original pouch or box, with the card (s) or gift (s) provided with it, in perfect condition for resale. If the jewel does not meet these conditions, no refund can be made.
The initial delivery costs are not reimbursed by In Cauda Venenum, and the return costs are your responsibility.
For returns from a non-European country: remember to mention that this is a return so that your package is not subject to customs fees. In the event of an order returned with customs charges at our expense, this amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
Jewelry purchased on promotion or on sale may also be reimbursed under the same conditions as items at non-crossed out prices. Personalized jewelry, made to measure, and e-gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Once your return has been received, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days via the payment method used to place the order, and you will be notified by email.
Exchanges are accepted only insofar as the amount of the exchanged jewel is identical to that of the new jewel. For this, you will have to pay the delivery costs of the new jewel. Do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
