Delivery / returns
Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Europe (Switzerland & UK included). It is free from 100€ of purchase in the rest of the world.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees. For our customers outside the European Union, you may have to pay taxes, depending on the amount of your order. These costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded by In Cauda Venenum.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, so it takes between 1 and 10 working days before your order is ready to go. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During sales and holiday seasons, these deadlines may be longer due to the volume of orders received. We always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
The indicative delivery time provided by La Poste is 48 to 72 hours by Lettre Suivie and 48 hours by Colissimo in France, and 5 to 7 days for other countries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link to track your package. You can track your order on the website of La Poste with the tracking number you received. You can also track it on you domestic post track and trace website once it arrives in your country, with the same tracking number.
You can return your items within 14 days after receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, all pieces of jewelry must in the same condition that you received it, new and unworn. It must be returned in its original pouch or box, with the card(s) and gift(s) provided with it, in perfect condition for resale. If the jewel does not meet these conditions, no refund will be made.
The initial delivery costs are not refunded by In Cauda Venenum, and the return costs are at your expense.
For returns from a non-European country: do not forget to mention that this is a return so that your package is not subject to customs fees. If we receive an order returned with customs charges at our expense, this amount will be deducted from the refund of the order.
Jewelry purchased on sale may also be refunded under the same conditions as items at full price. Custom made jewelry and gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Once your return has been received, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days via the payment method used to place the order (excluding holiday periods), and you will be notified by email.
Exchanges are accepted only if the new piece costs the same as the returned item. In this case, you will have to pay the shipping for the new item. Do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
