Delivery / returns
Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Europe (Switzerland & UK included). It is free from 100€ of purchase in the rest of the world.
Shipping costs do not include customs fees. For our customers residing outside the European Union, you may have to pay taxes, depending on the amount of your order. These costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by In Cauda Venenum.
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, so it takes between 1 and 10 working days before your order is ready to go. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During sales and holiday seasons, these deadlines may be longer due to the volume of orders received. We always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible!
The indicative delivery time provided by La Poste is 48 to 72 hours by letter followed and 48 hours by Colissimo for metropolitan France, and 5 to 8 days for other countries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link to track your package. You can track your order on the website of La Poste with the tracking number you received. You can also track it on you domestic post track and trace website once it arrives in your country, with the same tracking number.
Within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, you can return your items to us for a refund (excluding custom-made jewelry & gift cards).
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unworn. It must be returned in its original pouch or box, with the card(s) or gift(s) provided with it, in perfect condition for resale. If ever the jewel does not meet these conditions, no refund can be made.
The initial delivery costs are not refunded by In Cauda Venenum, and the return costs are at your expense.
For returns from a non-European country: remember to mention that it is a return so that your package is not subject to customs charges. In the event of an order being returned with customs charges borne by In Cauda Venenum, this amount will be deducted from the refund of the order or re-invoiced.
Jewelry purchased on promotion or on sale can also be refunded under the same conditions as items at non-barred prices. Personalized jewelry, made to measure, and e-gift cards are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Once your return has been received, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days via the payment method used to place the order (excluding holiday periods), and you will be notified by email.
Exchanges are accepted only insofar as the amount of the jewel exchanged is identical to that of the new jewel. For this, you will have to pay the delivery costs of the new jewel. Do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
